Our B&B is a little oasis in the heart of Milan, in a very central location: the best choice for your stay, a few minutes from Duomo and Via Montenapoleone.
Mundi B&B welcomes its guests in a friendly setting, ideal for people looking for a second home, business people, couples, tourists.
MUNDI B&B is not a hotel, it is much better: a truly charming bed and breakfast in a private home. We'll take care of you, and at the same time you'll be completely independent. You will be a guest, not a client. Please note that this means the B&B's rules are different from a hotel's rules.
There is no 24 hrs reception.
Check-in time has to be agreed upon in advance. Unexpected and sudden arrivals can be unfavourable for the guest, who may incur delays.
Late and night-time check-ins are subjected to special conditions: please see the info section below.

HOW TO BOOK:
Upon receiving your request, we'll ask for a bank transfer of the first night amount to confirm the booking. The remaining amount will be paid cash at the check-in. Without the transfer, the booking will be invalid and will be canceled.
Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
Room prices may vary according to the season.
BREAKFAST AND CLEANING:
Our guests will be given a voucher for coffee / cappuccino and a fresh croissant in a very nice cafè a few steps from the B&B, from 7 AM onwards. On demand, we'll serve sweet breakfast (cappuccino and croissant, extra charge € 5 for each person) or continental breakfast (extra charge € 10 for each person) in your room. For any request about breakfast, please ask the owner.
For long stays, bath towels will be replaced every 3 days. On demand, they can be replaced every day with an extra charge of €10 per room at every change.
For long stays (5+ nights) the room will be cleaned 2 times per week. For short stays (2/3 nights) the room will be cleaned daily.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time will have to be agreed upon in advance with the owner by e-mail or phone. Nightly check-ins between 9.30 PM and 12 PM will be subjected to an extra charge of € 25. Nightly check-ins between 00.00 and 1.30 AM will be subjected to an extra charge of € 50. After 1.30 AM it will not be possible to check-in.
Check-out by 10.30 AM.
For late check-outs (on demand, and provided there are not other reservations): extra charge € 30 until 3 PM, € 50 until 5 PM. After 5 PM one more night will be charged.
On Saturdays and Sundays checking-out guests can leave luggage at the B&B only if notice has been given to the owner 1 day in advance. Cost: € 15 for 2 people. On other days luggage can be left for free.
GARAGE
There is a garage 60m from the B&B. The cost is € 25/day.

From STAZIONE CENTRALE (Central Train Station): bus line 61, stop S. Maria del Suffragio. (15 min.). By taxi: 8 min.
From MALPENSA AIRPORT: Shuttle to Stazione Centrale (30 min.) then: tram 9, stop Piazza Cinque Giornate (15 min.) or taxi (8 min.)
From LINATE AIRPORT: Bus 73, stop Piazza Cinque Giornate, or by taxi (10 min.)
Taxi from MALPENSA AIRPORT: 40 min. (about € 90)
By car, from TANGENZIALE EST (East Freeway): exit: Forlanini or Linate (10 min.). Parking: GRAN GARAGE MARCONA, via Pietro Calvi 25 (for our guests).
To DUOMO (cathedral square): tram 12, in front of St. Maria del Suffragio Church (only 2 min. from the B&B Mundi)
To RHO exhibition site: 8 min. walk to Piazzale Dateo, then 21 min. by train, OR by taxi from Mundi (20 min).
